EXPERIENCE AND POINT OF VIEW
Welcome. I am a clinician with over 25 years of clinical experience specializing in relational attachment and trauma. From a neurobiological and attachment oriented framework I integrate experiential therapies such as AEDP, Mindfulness, Internal Family Systems and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR). I also offer an affordable 8 week class on understanding emotions, defenses and internal states. This class can be taken on its own or as a supplement to individual therapy and is designed to provide you with lifelong tools.
EXPERIENTIAL THERAPY
How can experiential therapies help? Experiential therapies help us slow down with our emotions and listen more deeply within. There can be a sense of diving beneath the chaotic nature of the mind to contact deeper parts of the self. If you have ongoing anxiety and depression symptoms, stress in your relationships, a history of trauma, grief, or feel like something is missing in your life, experiential therapies may be for you.
INVITATION
Whoever you are and whatever your background and orientation, I invite you to reach out to me for a free 15 minute phone consultation to see if we might be a good fit to work together.
